Ergaki nature park is located in Krasnoyarsk krai, between Abakan and Kyzyl. It is a great place for outdoor lovers. Ergaki ridge is a part of West Sayan mountains with highest point of 2200m. Ergaki are known by majestic peaks, clear lakes, surrounded by coniferous forest.

Main attractions of Ergaki are Hanging Stone («Visyachy Kamen»), Parabola mountain and Sleeping Sayan mountain mass. Also there are abundant wildlife. You can see flowers like gentians, orange globeflowers, columbines and rhododendrons. The fields and slopes of mountains are covered by bright veil of flowers during June and July. In August there are ripe bilberries. Birds enlive the mountains by twittering and piping. There are lots of nutcrackers, which fly with whistling upon the ridges. Also you can watch pine grosbeaks or thrushes.

Also there are animals - chipmunks, pipping hares,ermines and bears.

Ergaki enjoys wide popularity during last decade because this place is easy accessible. Visitors go there by car, it takes about 5 hours from Abakan. Then 3-4 hours on foot along the trail and you're already in the heart of Ergaki on the shore of mountain lake.

Accommodation
There are number of lodgings just near the road. There aren't any lodgings on Svetloe lake, so you'd take a tent to see inner part of Ergaki nature park.
